Artisan Manor is an online furniture retailer based in Jodhpur, India. Its range includes handcrafted, made-to-order and customisable furniture for homes, designers and commercial projects.
The Shopify experience needed to express premium craftsmanship, make a substantial catalogue easier to explore, explain materials and customisation, and work clearly on mobile. Harmatiq designed and developed the complete theme, frontend and supporting storefront pages for the March 2026 launch.

The Shopify storefront captured the order, but fulfilment still depended on a person copying the same information through several systems.

Open the Shopify order and create the invoice manually in Zoho Books.

Copy the order and address details into the courier-booking platform.

Retrieve the airway bill number, or AWB, after booking.

Return to Shopify and enter the tracking update manually.
Besides taking about 15 minutes, this created predictable risks: typing errors between systems, incorrect GST information, an invoice being missed, or an order remaining without its tracking update.

After that instruction, the validated routine runs automatically. Human judgement returns only when the data needs it.

The agent fetches the order and checks the customer, items, values and delivery information.
It applies the established GST and invoice mappings and creates the Zoho Books invoice.
It completes the courier booking through the private logistics platform.
It retrieves the AWB and writes the tracking information back to the Shopify order.
If required information is missing or an order falls outside the established rules, the agent stops and asks the store team. It does not guess its way through an operational exception.
